Comparing the pharmacokinetics of DHC after 60 mg single dose and 60 mg various dose, our data display no differences inside the AUC of DHC,CLo, clearance to DHC-glucuronides, renal clearance of DHC as well as urinary recovery of full DHC and DHM; partial metabolic clearance from DHC to DHM amplified somewhat, just reaching statistical significance
